Uuuuuugh what a crummy Friday O__O I suck at arranging meetings, blah. Next week's not gonna be a piece of cake either : \ Ah, work..... I'm going to spend the rest of the night vegging on the couch >__<
I think it's cool how you can move on from teaching after your first year though.
But I've always wondered...what specifically do you do now?
I know you were trying to come up with ways to recruit people (canadians), probably helping them out too. I'm guessing you're doing administrative type stuff?
Yeah I sort of have a variety of things on my plate at any given time ^^ I'm in charge of operational day-to-day things for the Primary team like filing all the school documents and making sure people get their sick notes/leave forms in and stuff. I also help with resources for the English environment in schools, planning development workshops, going in to schools to see how the new teachers are doing : ) So sometimes I still get to do a little bit of teaching! Have an opportunity to do more drama curriculum stuff next term, which I'm thinking about! Also a little involved in Canadian recruitment, but not much currently.
So yeah, was arranging a visit and sometimes making all those phone calls is hard for me x__X Especially when plans change all the time and I just feel like an idiot... blah.
