Nah... They will blame it on Bush's legacy and the bailout setting us financially back. He's already said he has to scale back and delay many of his promises.

Since most economists say the first two years can be blamed on the previous administrations policies, that isn't entirely true...things never change overnight...and he is inheriting an awful lot of crap...
