I hear you on a frustrating day of motor sports. Grrr... Being forced to drive through the infield grass to avoid someone spinning out on lap 15...and then having to re-start at the end of the line when he was running in the top ten. Frustrating. Quickly making up ground and making his way back up to the top five. Brilliant. Various pit strategies and numerous cautions but still staying in the top five to top ten - so far so good. Broken fuel pump with 28 laps to go and resulting in a 39th finish = me furious and swearing at my TV. Falling from second in championship points at only six points behind leader to sixth place now 120 points back and only seven races to go...beyond frustated and wanting to kick things.
Hmm...the few spoilers for VM I've seen have them lovey dovey for the first few episodes. But of course they won't keep them together. Because they are epic, and that means they are going to make it as angsty as you can get. ICK.
I suppose things weren't peachy at NASCAR world? That's what you were talking about right? ;)
"EPIC" -> ugh, ICK indeed. I just don't fucking get it! Duncan/Veronica are epic! They survived Lilly's death, near-blood-siblings possibilities, mistaken 'rape,' Meg, the crash, Logan, the Kanes... Logan & Veronica were: horny bad boy + somehow-lobotomized Veronica. If that's epic, then welcome to idiotsville Veronica Mars... Jeez! I can't believe I used to like Logan/Veronica. I must have been lobotomized as well... *rants, rants*

It's too bad that Rob Thomas has over-involved himself with fandom. I think he is reading too many fanfics.
