Hee hee, yup, I do :). But I've only seen the first season and then a couple of eps of season 2 I managed to find. I might wait 'til it airs on TV to catch up though. I love that it's fun, mindless entertainment... kinda like Monk. However, unlike many people I ship Lassiter/Juliet, for some reason...
Its a fun, FUN show. :D I adore it. And lol, I ship Shawn/Juliet although shipping these kinds of shows is frustrating cause PTB feel they have to stretch them out foreeeeeever. (I love Monk!!)
lol I was just very confused! I have a friend (who I met in Norway) whose name is Myriam, who is from Quebec and whose birthday it is... so I thought for a moment I know the Myriam here :) It's not her though lol. That would have been too weird.
It's still the 25th here (at least for another 8 minutes), so you're good! :) And anything featuring the Winchesters just can't be too simple. Ever. :P
It's Australia day on the 26th? I didn't know that... happy Australia day to you, then!
Have you not seen it? It's from the season 1 gag reel, while they were doing Christmas wishes, I think... They were supposed to be in their normal clothes, but I think they purposely dressed up one time in thick winter clothes, making fun of Canada's intensely cold weather ;). They even did the "Merry Christmas, eh!"
Very cute.
I think Canadians have American accents but you guys enunciate more... It's funny... I took this, "Which American Accent Are You?" quiz and I got something like the 'mid north'... And in the explanation, it mentioned that I probably say "pop" for "soda"! While I don't do that, I remembered that YOU do! HEEE...
Ooh! I've never seen the season one gag reel, only the second season one. I love seeing people act out Canadian stereotypes, it's so funny. They think we have blizzards all the time. Which is actually true, I suppose, if you live in central or east Canada. Hmm.
Haha! I've taken that quiz too! It said at the beginning "whether or no you think so, you DO have an accent" and then at the end it said something like "midwest accent: you don't actually have an accent".
Having an American family, I switch back and forth between 'pop' and 'soda' depending on where I am, but pop just sounds more normal. So does that mean Aussies call it soda aswell?
No, I don't think I've ever heard an Aussie say "pop," and "soda" sounds too American... You know what we call 'em? "Fizzy drinks" ;). Hee... Kinda like how we won't say "ketchup," but instead use "tomato sauce."
Then again, in other things, we like to shorten stuff: "telly," "barbie" (barbecue), uhhh... Can't remember anything else, heh.
