Trace that call!

This afternoon, I got four phone calls, 2 minutes apart, from a wacky phone number with too many digits. I didn't answer (thank you caller ID), but I was curious who was calling me. The number wasn't on any forums warning about scammer calls, but after some more research, it looks like it was a cell number from Nigeria, of all places! That means it
