I stopped and re-started receiving it around the time of my move, so when I stopped it was Pioneer and when I re-started it was Spud. They've not messed up a single order until yesterday, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. They are charging a deposit for the cooler packs, re-usable bags, etc. which they didn't before. I find it a bit annoying to be charged for deposits and then have my account credited, when they have the ability to charge me if the bags, etc. aren't returned. Just seems to lend itself to messy accounting.
