Shipping: 5/5 My items arrived really quick! XD in 2 days and am happy to be holding my cuteeeeeeee hetalia bag and bunny pencils and ao no exorcist strap! ;u; shipping was free so obviously it was cheap i guess. LOL no complains here!
Packaging: 4/5 My items did not suffer from damage or anything (no dents on box and such), which is good. But it was kinda hard to open the box because of a lot of tape that was used. lol. But besides that my items were well wrapped and protected with paper wrapping and bubble wrap~ ^0^
Overall Experience: 5/5 Kind service. Great packing & got my cute stuff i ordered fast! ^^ Plus she gave me some cute free gifts and adorable anime postcard! THANKS SO MUCH!

Item (5): They were indeed awesome and I was actually rather surprised at how good the condition was XD Now I must keep the Kimi to Boku booklet somewhere safe so that it's lovely condition remains~
Communication (6): Yup~ Communication was beyond awesome. You were always super friendly and fast in reply~ and the smiley faces makes it even more friendly~ Very helpful as all the info was given straightforward~
Shipping (5): The speed was reasonable ^^ And shipping was very, very cheap XD I like the little note that says "Do Not Bend"
Packaging (5): Bubble wrap, plastic wrap and tissue paper~ What more can I ask for? I'm glad my booklet had a safe delivery~
Overall (5) This was my first time buying straight from the owner by email and it was a great experience. The anime postcard with your cool handwriting was pretty cool too~ I would most definitely want to shop with you again, maybe you'll have more Kimi to Boku stuff~ XD
That Shindou keychain was alot BIGGER than I expected (haha) it fits the size of my palm! The book was even shrink-wrapped, together with pretty art prints I didn't expect ^_^
The seller was friendly, helpful and fast communication! Even tho I live in Australia, she tried her best to make it a speedy delivery and it was fast (within 2 weeks!) And the shipping cost was affordable even for me! ;w;
Packaging: 5/5 (I'll give full marks) It arrived in envelope mail, well secured. I gently press open the plastic form packet that held the items together. No dents or creases on Kobato manga so I am quite glad! There's a small crease on the keychain but it 'may' have been there before so I won't put that on the postage ^_^
Overall: 5 - This is my first buy from Cabochan and it was very pleasant. Thank you for everything! If you have any more manga of Kobato; won't mind buying again!

I bought two posters and a keychain from Cabochan~ I used the concealed cash method! After she recieved the money she promptly mailed my items out. I got them packaged very well! She gave me a few free items I really like too! I would totally do business with her again! Thank you very much !
Item: 5/5. The art work was very good. The charm is double-sided and laminated.
Communication: 5/5. Fast response, attentive to detail and over all very helpful.
Packaging: 5/5. The packaging was beyond awesome. The items were small but Cabochan wrapped them in plastic bag inside a thick package. I was very impressed at how careful she (he?) handle it.
Shipping: 5/5. Fast with updates.
