I'm not totally against it but I don't think it looks all that great tbh, it's like someone blew baby power on her perfectly beautiful (and now excepted) chocolate brown locks. meh meh. Also I probably would've zipped my hoodie up when I noticed my nipples were straining against my t-shirt instead of crossing my arms to draw more attention to them.
I don't think that was why the movie sucked but it does bother me terribly when they can't stick to canon when it comes to the simplest things like hair color :(. Would that have been so hard?
I completely agree. Everyone says, "I would rather have a good actress...." but you're not going to tell me that there were no good blonde actresses available, because I know there were. In all honesty, her age bothers me more than her appearance. I mean, I love the movie as its own thing, and I watch it all the time, but would it have been so hard to follow the books, not only as far as casting goes, but the storyline as well? I wish they would have waited to make the movie because they wanted to bring Percy Jackson to life, not because they thought they could take a cool idea and use it to get the biggest viewing audience possible.
Ugh, thank you. I wish they'd just scrap the first movie altogether and remake it with new cast, director, everything... lol. I honestly don't like anything about it at all. It's basically not even Percy Jackson.
