I think it would be Mars, because in the PJO series the Mars's kids were chubby or something like that.

I know right! My flaw though is that it says "powerful" which makes me think more main stream. That and he uses a spear, which doesn't really fit.

Then again it could be someone with Nemesis the assassin goddess who had a bow of justice, but if memory serves from when I read the books a couple of years ago, that one was already done by Luke's backstabby lt.
