The Underworld things is what confuses me since in PJO it's made pretty clear that their underworld is the after life and that all people in spite of their religions end up there. I guess Anubis said that since the scales of Ma'at were broken, the souls had to find other places to enter the After Life so they could wind up in the Olympian Underworld instead.
But now that the scales are fixed and the Egyptian gods are back in power, that might change things and I definitely think it'll cause some sort of off screen conflict. To me, it seems like you can have multiple gods and they'll stay out of each other's way/let each other play around in their respective areas, but there can really only be one group that has the most power out of them all and right now, that's the Olympians. Although now that the Egyptians have some renewed power that's probably going to become contestable.
Still think the Greeks would win if it came down to a fight though. The Egyptian gods' need for a host is a huge disadvantage for them.
