I was at work today and had to view a new training video, super aggressive sales tactics I thought anyways. "Look I'm up all in this customer's face being fucking pushy, see how simple it is? This is the essence of customer service"

To say the least I *hate* pushy sales people, commission or no. If the economy is still in the shitter, I hate the kind of "responsibilty" we have as sales clerks to push stuff harder.
Communist maybe, I prefer the label as "Socialist" myself - even if Communism works in theory, it still has a really bad connotation here in America ;_;

No, because I don't think you'd do well in a communist community. Maybe SOCIALIST or FEDERALIST is what you are looking for.

(Socialist - share the wealth evenly, or Federalist - everyone works, everyone gets what they need for free)
