As for Jon, I think we will find him alive and well in The Winds of Winter - the only problem is how. I'd personally rather have him cured/healed/revived by Melisandre than warged into Ghost. I'm not very fond of the warging concept and the supernatural in general in ASOIAF. So, I'd prefer if he could be cured as naturally as possible, or magically through Mel's intervention, so that it will be confirmed that he is Azor Ahai.
Thank you for pointing out The Tower of the Hand! I've been there once but then forgotten what that site was, messed it up with Ice & Fire Wiki. Great source of essays and theories :D
Just red going from there interesting ideas for Jon's future here: http://adwd-reread.blogspot.com/2011/09/jon-xiii.html I always thought Danny is the Azor Ahai, but maybe people are right about it being Jon :) I would love to see him on a dragon!
I know that blog! It's really interesting, isn't it?
Martin spreads a lot of hints around... maybe Azor Ahai is just an illusion. In any case, Melisandre asks for him in her fires and the fires show her Snow. Who knows? We'll see!

What ASOIAF forums do you recommend? I would like to read the discussion on it, too.
