You're about the last person I ever expected to start wearing perfume. In any case, what does BPAL stand for?

I've always used body mists, actually. This stuff is probably less strong, unless you're at VERY close range, and is definitely made with higher quality ingredients (mostly essential oils, although some scents can't be obtained that way and have to be synthesized with other oils).

The website is here: http://www.blackphoenixalchemylab.com/

The scent descriptions are just so tempting. They have quite a few "gender neutral" and a few "masculine," too. I want to try Highwayman: http://vanilla.spicybrains.org/search.php?descr=highwayman&mybutton=1&meth=or&gentype=1&gen=-2&sftype=0&sf=0&cattype=1&cat=1&rev=-1&upctype=1&upc=1&only-title=0

That might not be an issue with me--I'm on the shot and I don't get a period.

I tried to put a variety of stuff in my wishlist of scents on the BPAL boards, so that I can try different things. I should post that on LJ, too.

You should check out bunnygirl. They're obsessed with bath/hair/skin products and have a bunch of links in the profile to the mod's favorite scent e-tailers.

I probably don't need any MORE encouragement to seek out e-tailers--BPAL is pretty big by itself.

The closest I've ever gotten to wear perfume (well, at least in any sort of regular fashion) is Nag Champa soap. Its an Indian soap that is quite pleasant smelling and is sticks around a while for a soap. If your ever at an Asian import store you should buy a few pounds of it. :)

I often use Bee & Flower soap, another Asian import that comes in sandalwood, rose, jasmine, and ginger. It's good stuff.

I know you like the food scents--they're usually not my thing. :-)

I should post my imp wishlist on LJ.
