Fresh Basil Fettuccine

This is basically a variation on pesto sauce. I find most pestos too strong and I am not a huge fan of pine nuts. Also, this version - using yogurt for some of the olive oil - isn’t that bad for you.

Thanks - I love pesto but hate the rigmarole involving pine nuts. Nice alternative. :D

Seriously, it looked like pistachio pudding.

I think my announcement was "Please ignore the fact dinner is a color not appearing in nature. It smells great - Dig in!". :D

Hey! This would work for when I invite Steve and Kat over for dinner.

Kat can't do a whole lot of meat yet (she was raised a vegetarian, and her system can't handle it yet) so this would be great.

Now I just have to find some Romano. And some real Parmagano Regiano.

I think that place that has the good olives has some...
