Those Thai Chicken Wraps sound wonderful. Have you ever used any other spice than ginger?

I was wondering if something like curry would work. I should just use the ginger, I'm sure you can't taste it. They sound so good, I'm thinking of making them for dinner.

I'm sure you could use the curry instead, just leave off the peanut sauce because I don't think those two go to together too well.
