It's disgusting isn't it? Brought up so many old issues.

Y'know, boys don't like smart girls, so don't even bother. Boys will always go for the pretty ones with not much upstairs. Don't be too intelligent around boys, they'll get all intimidated. Men don't like feeling stupid next to women, so chances are they won't pick you.

And now we have mothers telling their daighters it's not not acceptable to read and actually know shit about the world, just in case they don't manage to score a rich husband cos they're coming across too intelligent, and for normal men that's a turn-off!

And the worst of it is that it's horrible to men too, because it assumes they're all controlled by their dicks and won't look further than your tits face. In fact, there are plenty of smart, attractive guys out there - hey, I live with three of 'em...okay, two are gay and the other is my boyfriend...but they exist, yes? Sadly there isn't. And they will probably spawn with people who share their ideals. The next generation just needs to be made more aware. Luckily in a more information savvy world, it means everyone is becoming more aware of their suroundings and hopefully the people around them... I just hope there aren't to many people going down the "As long as I look good then nothing else matters" path.

You can't just dump chlorine in the gene pool and hope it clears up. Sad but true.
