Friday night we had some friends over for dinner and games:

deviled eggs [i was feeling silly and wanted an appetizer]
collard greens
red beans
cornbread
fried chicken

[my first experiment with frying chicken at home in my cast iron skillet, imho a great success!]

Scheduling is difficult because Olly seems to be on a schedule of never ending conference calls. So Saturdays and Sunday mornings are good, right now. :-)
