STORY - Calling in a Debt - Chapter 13

Disclaimers: Neither the idea of Harry Potter nor the characters belong to me in any way. They are the sole property of JKR. I do not make any money of this story either.

AN: This chapter was finished before Hard Truths and it is probably one of my most favourite ones to write of this story. Thanks to darkmoore and Christine Pierson for looking through it ( Read more... )

I liked the interactions between Severus, Hermione and Ron. I have to say that if Severus's life rests in Hermione's hands, he's as good as dead. The way she jumped to conclusions was expected, as was Severus's rebuttal. I'm wondering if the ritual is affecting Severus more now as he seems quite fine with the idea of Hermione and Ron knowing his secret. Great update.

Very accurate observations. That's as far as I'm going to say anything to that. ;)

Hey! I couldn't first access chapter 13 from the link in chapter 12, it say it was forbidden or something... then my lightbulb went up and checked the chapter through your lj account :D

Now, the chapter. I am more scared about Severus. And after all this time and all this chapters, I still cannot believe all this happened! I mean, that James and Severus were actually that close and now Severus just remembers the bully... maybe I am missing something :P

Hi! Thanks for the info on the broken link, I'll fix it ASAP.

Oh no, you're not missing anything, that's a pretty accurate thing to say, actually :). Glad you seemed to enjoy it.

Be well,
Cassandra
