So sad. I love the last sentence. He should wait for the dawn and join her, but we all know he's too much of a weinie *and* he loves to self-flagellate. :)

Ugh, he is such a wimp, not even funny. That is why I put that line about him wishing that he had the strength to either go on or to end it. Seems to me that he loves being stuck in that limbo of brooding and guilty, unable to really move on at times. Especially without Cordelia to shove his butt forward now. LOL

Thanks babes. I was trying to keep it all shorts. Like little bursts o' thoughts. Tried to do some parallels in there too. You know me and how much I lurves my fancy little writin' dee-vices.
