I have to say, I'm impressed that this person knows the word "exacerbate" and how to use it correctly, even if he/she can't spell it.

Perhaps; however, I remain unimpressed that they:
1) Don't recognize difference between oppression/depression
2) Don't know how many four is
3) Clearly didn't do the reading, as the chapter was titled "Characteristics of Oppressed Groups"

Well, yes, I noticed all of those things and agree with you. However, it is those things that make me impressed that this person knows the correct usage of "exacerbate", since it is a word that many don't know and many misuse. Thus, it is impressive that someone this stupid knows it. :-)
