But this just came up on Google alerts, so I had to share it.

Apparently Showcase is trying to find advertising partners for Shattered. Which is a good thing, I guess. But. If they take the time to make a power point presentation, ( could they maybe invest more that 5 minutes? )

In a way, it is, right? In another way it's kind of sad. It makes me think of either an overworked intern who had once mentioned that he (or maybe she, but I think it's a he) totally knows about stuff like power point and is now settled with doing every damn presentation for his bosses. (Even though he always wanted to be a writer. He has POEMS he can show you.) Or an old guy who's worked in that business for decades, and he just knows how stuff like that works, what's important and what's not. If you don't get out the door now he will tell you ALL ABOUT IT.

Hey, since apparently all my Callum friends hate that picture and I am sure most of my SPN friends would love Jensen, it would be an improvement. ;p

Well, I couldn't agree more. This is a lame excuse of an ad... :( Imagine that promo pic you linked instead? :D *shakes head in disbelief* Also spring makes me unhappy, I was hoping for January...

Yeah, I was hoping for earlier too. I still thought that maybe December might be a possibility. *sigh* Ah, well. They'll go in production any day now. That's pretty sweet just as it is. (And yes, that ad is... very sad indeed.)

I like the Lucid picture *g* but using a photo more up to date and having this whole thing made by someone who actually cared more would have made it a lot better. *sigh*

And I guess it's probably not important, the actually caring. In this case. Still, annoying.
