And yes! It is! The premise is pretty simple. Curtis (Don McKellar) watches tv all the time and never ever leaves the house. Hope (Molly Parker) is his girlfriend and Newbie (CKR) works at the corner shop. But the whole series is hysterical. And the eps are short. And there are only 13 eps. And the DVDs are not expensive. *tempts*

I WANT TO SEE THIS SHOW SO MUCH. I was eyeing amazon.com today, but they kept saying WARNINGWARNINGWILLNOTWORKONYOURDVDPLAYERBECAUSEHA!YOUARENOTAMERICANBITCH. So I scurried away in pain and horror and have accepted my fate to DIE IN ABSOLUTE JEALOUSY AKA CAPSLOCK OF DOOM.

...*pets?* You know, I don't even have a DVD player. I watch them on my computer. DVD drive. There are programs to make it region free. Think about it. Because. Neeeeeewbiiieee.

Um. I may or may not have had amazon.ca open ALL DAY staring at it. Except shipping puts me off. Just a bit. It is around $35 Australian dollars for the DVD, then another $15 for SHIPPING. Oh my god shipping is SO EXPENSIVE! Also I may or may not have slipped Amazon a fifty to send me Slings and Arrows season 1. I MUST see that show due to fandom squee-age about it.

Watching on my computer is my backup plan (mostly since my DVD player actually stopped working yesterday), its just that the sound is REALLY QUIET and I don't know how to make it louder. I am that technologically inept.

Oh, okay, that sucks. For most computers it's possible to make the sound louder though. It's not even that complicated in most cases. Don't you know anyone you could ask about this? :)
