The inventory of surviving beer supplies was not as harsh as I thought. Carboy, auto-siphon, wine thief, gravity thingamajig, and maybe an ale pale survived. Picked up a corny keg and new tubing this weekend along with a pale ale kit to training wheel myself back into the habit

I was using Beer Calculus for my fiddling, but it was pretty bare bones. I'll give Beer Tools a try.

I'm not sure when the brew will be. I'm giving everything multiple cleanings and am making sure I'm not forgetting anything (found my bottle washer!). I think the bigger event will be the actual kegging, which I might be able to wrap in to a second brew.
