It has a pretty cover, though. May I ask who the main character was and what they were? Was it a coming-of-age sort of thing, or something different? And real sequel, or just in the same universe as Valiant (any continued storyline?)?
I know, Tithe had this really wonderful cover too all her books do! I can't remember the main character's name ( how horrible is that? ) but she was a pixie, and the story revolved around her coming to terms with her love ( the King of the Night Court aka Bad fairies )and searching for the human child she was replaced with. I don't think you need to read Valiant, but I would suggest it. Some minor characters in Vali. come back to play major roles in this one. Plus it's kind of amazing.
