Just recently I have been stuck with this nagging feeling that I want to be in a relationship, I want to feel the closeness with someone that you can only get when you have that kind of a relationship. In all truth I just want to be held and have someone tell me that everything is great and that they care about me. Is that too much to ask for

Well, about the whole, "they like me, I don't like them" problem, it can change. Sometimes unexpectly, sometimes gradually. Who knows. Just that you might something about them that you really like and it could ultimately go from there.

And relationship isn't really a problem in terms of the summer if you honestly like them a lot. You'll keep in contact with them and talk to them and such. Sometimes it might not work out, but a lot of the time it does.

I know the exact feeling you're talking about how everyone seems so god damn happy all the time. It's always hard to try to start something, especially since it's spring quarter and close to summer. (going back home..) I think everyone deserves to feel the closeness of a relationship and having that significant other and I think you'll have that too. I'm sorry it seems like it isn't working out now, but it will happen for you :) Cheer up! You and I can always chill and embarass ourselves in public for the time being. :) You are a beautiful, intelligent, sweet and hilarious girl to be around!! (I could go on more but my post is already long enough haha) Any guy would be lucky to have you!! Seriously, guys don't know what they're missing out on!! :)
