There seemed to be enough interest in the C6D fandoms to warrant a weekly newsletter. The first newsletter will be published on Sunday, April 6th Wednesday, April 2nd. It's going to take a little time for me to get the hang of things so the first few newsletters may be incomplete. Feel free to comment or email me with corrections or additions ( Read more... )

Okay, here's a maybe dumb suggestion - how about a different day than Sunday for your updates? So as to be staggered with ds_weekly?

I am totally open to suggestions. I chose Sunday because that's when ds_weekly is posted. But I am amenable to another day - any particular one you had in mind?

See, when I can't keep up with the fandom I just wait for the weekly post and then read stuff. But if there are two weekly posts on the same day it's a bigger list to deal with. So I'd pick maybe Friday? Maybe Tuesday? I don't think it matters if it's just once a week, it would just be nice to have it staggered from ds_weekly.

Sorry, isiscolo. I chose Wednesday, just 'cause. I have a standing engagement on Fridays and I didn't want to wait until the following Tuesday. And Wednesday is kinda far away from Sunday...pretty well thought out, eh?

Anyway, thanks for the original suggestion.

Staggering seems a good idea. There will be some overlap with weekly in some areas of course but it won't be too noticeable.

I'l be pimping it at weekly on Sunday.

There was another comment I was going to make but I'll be darned if I can remember it...

I think that staggering the newsletters will be a good idea, as well. I'm glad someone thought of it.
