theme challenge: technology
Technology. According to Wikipedia, technology is the usage and knowledge of tools, techniques, and crafts, or is systems or methods of organization, or is a material product (such as clothing) of these things.
How does technology effect our lives? Certainly it plays an important part of life for Cylons. (Which, btw, sneaky crack rec: A Two Is A Two Is A Two by alissabobissa.) What about Ray Kowalski and his never-ending battle with computers and vending machines (Ah, here's another sneaky rec: The Moon Appearing In Retrograde by brigantine1.) How does the Team in Flashpoint utilize technology (Spike, I'm lookin' at you and Babycakes). What other obvious uses of technology are there in the C6D universe of fandoms? What about technology as a metaphor?
Write a story, rec some fanworks (I've got a good start on that, I think). Record a podfic, make icons, put together a fanmix, create some graphics. Create a vid, write a manifesto.
The Technology theme challenge will run until Monday, June 10th 14th. Plenty of time to come up with something.
