you follow a-league and give the same reason that i do as to why you don't really follow the big leagues- they are too distanced and too far to feel connected to them

Course you're not invading, I'd be thrilled to know another LJer who follows the A-League. It would be a nice change for someone to know what I'm talking about when I rant about football. :-D

I can agree with some of what you said about admin -- it's wonderful if you love it and can do it, but I'd go back to hospitality before I worked in admin. Possibly my own ineptitude for it has something to do with this XD

I'm inept at admin too, but I hide it well enough that people keep giving me jobs. I almost wish they wouldn't, but I like the idea of being paid handsomely to do something I'm rubbish at. It's just a shame I utterly hate it.

Only reason I wouldn't pick hospitality over admin is that there's too much cleaning, and I hate cleaning even more than I hate filing. :-P
