So the Sydney scum managed a crappy draw with us and they make the finals instead of us. Disappointing but not the end of the world. A little more consistency throughout the season would have been nice, but still, we came up with the occasional awesomely spectacular game. Problem was that we also came up with the occasional total shocker.

he's such a cutie isnt he. i thought i was the only one that liked him haha. it was disappointing tonight. i felt we deserved more....but we couldnt hav asked mroe from the players, they played incredibly well. there were some chances that went begging but they tried so well. stupid brosque *angry face*

You are definitely not the only one. I desperately want him to sign for another season just so I can keep staring at him at post match functions. *g* Also because I think he's quality but hasn't had much of a chance to prove it, what with injuries and coaching disruptions. The few games he played early on in the season were enough for me to want to see more, both on the pitch and off it. *g*

I thought we deserved more too. What really rankles with me is that we got as far as we did without cheating, and we got beaten by a team that constantly breaks rules and plays ugly football. Sydney should have been penalised more than three points for breaking the salary cap again. The fact that they're through to the finals shows that they can go on breaking the rules and not really lose much and they'll probably do it again next season.

I loved the way the Den booed Judas Brosque every time he touched the ball. :-P Did you go to the game? Quite a large proportion of Brisbane did - fantastic crowd!

unfortunatly i didnt get to go. i was bugging dad a few weeks back but he never organised it. i did watch on tv tho and i had my shirt on lol. 32,000 was an awesome turn out. i hope in a few years we can get that at every game!

I think after the way the boys played on Saturday there's a good chance that a lot of those 32,000 will come back. The atmosphere was amazing, especially when the Den got really noisy. :-D

I don't have a problem with the marriage bit at all, but you know I object very strongly to babies. Perhaps I would just marry him and promise to have babies, and then pay a bent doctor to tell him I'm infertile after a couple of years. :-P
