Aaargh, I'm sick. I hate being sick. One of the good things about being sick is that I get paid sick leave. One of the bad things about taking this paid sick leave is that I have to use the home computer. *sigh* The monitor is tiny and the colours are fucked so my journal looks really retarded. :-P

I usually get a bit bored the second time around as well. But then, I saw Fellowship of the Ring fifteen times. :-P I was definitely bored of it by then.

Greek flag looks like this. It's a bit eyewatering. :-P I'll happily teach you a few words! We plan to start on the CD's tonight.

Windows is EVERYWHERE. And just to make it worse, the default language option is US English, which just means that hordes of young Australians are learning to spell incorrectly. *sigh*

UK English is generally used I think. But yeah, I call it Proper English anyway. :-P

There are punctuation differences as well I think, but it's mostly the spelling. I just think that 'favorite' and 'color' and 'gray' look SO wrong. :-P

Hehe...if you really want to enjoy that movie, you have to go see it with a Greek family. I think we all laughed way too loud.

I saw the replay of the match at the pub the other night....
it was quite a spiffy goal they scored too.... I nice heider into the back centre of the net from an on target corner. they played waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than those silly portuguese players who seemed to not like being not being the underdogs and played dead a lot. like that one portuguese player who was lying in the middle of the field with medical like people all around him being sprayed with what looked like fly spray or bug repellent.

the valley is waaaaay cool location wise and is near where I now live and closer still to where I work. we will have to do dinner.

I'm up for a dinner date!

I thought the best thing about the match was the shot of the Greek PM sitting in the stands in tears of shock and happiness after the match. :-P Then they cut to a shot of the Portuguese President looking sullen and sulking, and all the Portuguese players in tears on the field. Brilliant.

I re-read it recently as well. Decided to refresh my Harry Potter knowledge before going to see the movie.

Movie strays from the book quite a bit but it's waaaay prettier than the last two. :-)
