So after 3 weeks of weight watchers I have lost 3.6 lbs. Although I think that a 2.6lb this week might be a little to do with being sick all week and not heading totl the gym. There was too much cake to have that actually be a try reflection if my weight loss. Still having to focus on tracking what I'm eating. I know that this is my hardest thing ( Read more... )

Also, you should take a look at Michael Pollan's books "In Defense of Food" and "Food Rules". They have a really sensible view on healthy eating, and are enjoyable to read, too.
