P90x Research Day 1

 After a respected individual gave p90x a good review i have aquired a full copy of the system and will be starting the 90 day system by wednesday of next week. 90 days should put me right in the middle of december. We will see what kind of shape i can get in by the holidays. The other main goal is other than those people around me that I see often
