Body part littering the City. I wonder if I should trust those memories. Are there suggestions from the audience?

I'm a mechanic back home and would love to get my hands on some real cars.

I've met you before. You're the coyote.

Um... yeah. I suppose you could put it that way.

Back home I have my own garage. It's one of the worst things for me about the City - not being able to work at what I'm truly good at - but most people don't have cars and those that do mostly take care of them themselves.

I didn't fire him. It was his decision to make.

I know, I'm aware. Still too bad, really.

Why did he leave?

My mistake.

I haven't heard anything so bad as scattering body parts, though.

[He's by the beach early, warm from the run and only stopping at the hut (mentally nicknamed the surf shack but never out loud for fear of ridicule) because the door's showing a black line at the seam that has to mean the lock's bust.]

[She actually picked the lock, she'd never break something like that. You can thank the coyote brother later. Inside she's set up a hammock and she's curled inside it, her feet bare, wearing a blue and green maxi dress made of some like chiffon silk. Her eyes are closed, her breathing even - she's asleep]

[Not only is the lock unbroken, most vagrants smashing their way into your beach hut doen't bring their own bedding. At least, Chase assumes. Really, he'd have to ask Foreman.

It's only more confusing when he confirms the identity of his squatter, but the image of her this...vulnerable is a closer word than peaceful... is so striking that he doesn't want to lift a hand to wake her. He looks away instead, casting around for somewhere unobtrusive to sit.]

[It takes her a moment to wake up, and when she does she looks right over at Chase. Her eyes are definitely sluggish and sleepy, and she's not quite aware of things yet.]

Hello.
