Admiral, after speaking with Veronica Mars and a witness to the attack by Adam Monroe and Elle Bishop, I'd like to request the complete removal of Elle Bishop's abilities until she's assigned a Warden. If she's going to run around without any supervision, she needs to be neutralised.
