Wheeee! You've been to the Scarsdale! That's almost as exciting as knowing that the lads have been to the Scarsdale! No, I mean it - is it just me being really weird, or is it kind of fun to think that people that you don't know but you know have been exactly where you have, and your worlds just sort slid beside each other for a while? Maybe that's just me...

I'm jealous of your snow, btw. There's a bit of me that's missing snow-y worlds just now too...

*waves back* ... looking at the pics above, I suddenly realise that, from where I was sitting on Saturday night, if we had been in a time-warp and the Pros were real (yes I know they are really real, really) and the events of Fall Girl were actually going on, then I would have been able to reach out and touch Bodie slap bang on the .... which makes me very happy and giggly *g*

And your swishing black velvet coat ... yeay, result!

Heeeeee! You could have touched Bodie's..! You know you could probably have snagged Doyle's as well, just as he was turning around to leave... I need better seating next year!

*swishes black coat in your direction and grins hugely*

Thanks for reporting on the Scarsdale meet up. I've been having computer issues so yours is the first I'm reading. I'm so NOT in the know that I wasn't even aware that it was a pros location. I just thought it was a great place for everyone to meet. D'oh.

Hee - I can't remember how I knew, though I suppose I would have cottoned on as soon as I walked up to it! I'm pretty sure I had to be told though, so I wouldn't feel bad about it! Hope you're computer's okay - worst thing in the world when they're playing up... Well, maybe not that bad, but still pretty bad...

It sounds like such a great time!

The cable company fixed everything, so I now have the telly and the internet. I'm lost without out them, I'm ashamed to admit. :-/

Oh yeay! I know what you mean too - last year when I was in Alaska someone cut through the cable that was supplying us all with phone and internet connections, and I was lost for over a day! It was so strange, such a cut off feeling! We seem to have a new way of connecting with the world, and it just doesn't feel right without it!

It all went so quickly, didn't it? I keep thinking of things that I wanted to talk to people about, and never seemed to get the chance to do it...

Life seems dead boring now *sigh* even though I've been playing catch-up with everything since I got back.

Haven't even posted my own CI5mas report yet!

Oh, it really did - I kept turning around thinking, right, I'll talk to her next, and then someone'd distract me, and I'd talk to them instead, and then eventually most of the hers had left, and... argh!

And life is suddenly a bit duller, isn't it - just from that one very shiny bit being done now... Good job there are other shiny bits, like knowing that there's dialj and advent calendar every day! Yeay!

Yes, bizarrely enough I do actually have that picture... and I don't even remember seeing you do it! Will get those organised and sent as soon as I have half a chance... so by about April, then...?!

Oh, and I'm dead jealous of you guys going to Gay's the Word after we'd left - there's research books I need in that bookstore!

We *did* wonder which book it was you needed. Not sure why we just didnt phone you, other than we were tired! But it's a gorgeous book shop. Next year, hon, yeah?
