Love the Harry Potter room under the stairs! I've a soft spot for whimsy.
Excavating Knowth must have been fascinating! How lucky to have been involved in something so historic. It's lovely that you were able to re-visit the site, so many years later, and see the excavation completed. It's interesting to hear the different interpretations for the presence and use of the granite and quartz marbles at Knowth and Newgrange. I hadn't thought about it before, but I expect that a lot of what we 'know' about prehistoric sites today must be based on conjecture.
LOVE the decorations on the curb stones! Imagine if you traced them with a finger, and they transported you back in time, Outlander-esque... I can imagine Bodie and Doyle getting into all manner of AU-mischief if that was the case, because you just know Doyle would not be able to resist touching them... *vbg*
