Otto looks like a real sweetheart! Just my sort of pooch.

And I'm here to shoulder the burden of playing outside in the sunshine for you - I'm heading down to the beach later for lunch and fresh air \o/

Hope your head feels better soon, and you don't have to stay inside being an adult all day ♥

I do so hate being an adult all day... *sighs* Have a lovely time at the beach for me!

Otto is quite a sweetheart. I'm not a massive doggy person, but he's just all friendly and easy-going... *g*

I blew the beach a kiss from you, and it waved back *g*

*vbg*

I had to nip to the PO, and the balmy breezy wave reached al the way here... *sighs* Also, people keep clattering by on horses, and even though I've not been on a horse for donkey's years (well...) I want to be them, out there on a horse in the sun! I bet someone, somewhere, is on a horse on the beach...

Sunshine over here, too, but no playing, it's still too cold. *gg*
I wish I had somebody like Otto, he looks soo cute, maybe I could make myself go outside more often. Though I do have the Maus, but she went outside with one friend or the other this week, so I could read and sew and avoid cleaning...

All the best for your head, hopefully the pain will go away soon! And stay away!!
Prosfic would be wonderful!

Good luck with your work, only a few more hours, than it's weekend!!!

I can't imagine ever having pets, because I like to get away and travel too much, but if I was going to it'd be a dog like Otto! They do help you take more exercise, though... mind you, Mauses do too - I don't have one of those though, either! *g*

I want to write Prosfic (and other fic today...) but I have soooooo much more of this stoopid assignment to do, I have a feeling it's going to be a very long day - and probably night too. So not just a few hours for me... *sniffs* Oh, but tomorrow! Tomorrow, I think I shall go to Bath... can't wait!

Oh no, that much work....poor you!
Hopefully it won't take all night!

Oh, nice plans for the weekend!
I'll visit my father in hospital, and hope to get an outing with my brothers in it, too.

I'm trying to be cheerful about it (hence the Livingstone daisies!) but it's turned out to be such a slooooooow assignment! Some are, some aren't, and just... gargh!

Sorry to hear your dad's in hospital - I hope everything's going to be okay for him. And I hope you get a nice outing with your brothers, too. Are you the only sister, then? *g*

O my goodness! You've made it!
And now you can take the weekend off? You've sure earned it!
Are many of the proofreading jobs this tough and boring? I hope not.

We had a lovely, warm day today, and the first tulip is blooming in the garden.
I worked on the tail lights of the Mobile Ghetto today, and when I tried to start the engine to check on the lights, it would not turn on! Just a click, and nothing. And our battery starter had somehow given up the ghost, too.
After rushing around to find an affordable replacement, it showed the battery as fully loaded, when I connected the clamps. Hmmm...
Turned out that the gear shift was not quite all the way in "park".
I'm so glad I didn't call AAA. That would have been embarrassing! *g*

Enjoy your trip to Bath, and playing with Otto, who looks like the perfect playmate! Extremely cute, too.

I made it, and then there was a Saturday, and it looks like it's nearly the end of Sunday now and... wah! I could do with another couple of these to be honest...

Oh, and thank goodness it was just the gearshift not entirely engaged! I know it would have been embarrassing to call someone in for it, but still so much better than anything disastrous after all your work on her!

The proofreading is odd - I thought this one was going to be okay actually, cos the English was pretty good, but it turned out to be one of those awkward ones where the English is good enough that when it goes wrong it goes quite wrong in meaning, even though I can see how the words seem as if they should be right, and it just ends up alot of work to fix and explain... On top of that it was effectively the same thing five times because of the style of work they were doing, and so the same mistakes in each one, but just enough different that you couldn't let your guard down... *headdesk* Sometimes it's easier when the author's English is less fluent!
