Little Tree is just getting gaudier overnight - or perhaps it was just against the grey skies today!

Relentless rain all day here as well... well, until about four in the afternoon. I didn't mind it either, freshens everything up... makes the beans grow. :-) I started a jig-saw puzzle - a *very* autumnal and wintery occupation for me.

Only five days to go? Crikey. I bet you're excited and nervous and all kinds of other things too?

Only three sleeps to go now! And yeah, I am rather excited and nervous and all kinds of other things - but in a nice quiet calm way... *g* I've done it all before... Although I've not moved in with just one other person that I don't know, so that's new. I've lived in bigger shared houses with new people, and I've lived with one person who I have known, but... so I'm crossing my fingers that S and I really will get on. It's a weird thing - meeting someone for an hour or so, and then committing to live with them!

Oh, but jigsaws... I love jigsaws, and I've not had anywhere to do one for years. I seem to remember that there's a table at this place... *g*

Wow, so close. I'd be as nervous as hell. Glad to hear you're only nervous in a quiet calm sort of way. I'll cross my fingers too that you and S get on OK.

I've been a fan of jig-saws since I was a kid. I even married a chap whose 'mother' was addicted to them. *g* How cool is that? *g*

Heee - that is cool! *g* I liked jigsaws when I was a kid too, probably prompted by mum liking them. She does them again now, and my nephew (who's 5 now) "helps" her when he goes to visit - he does it really well, apparently, and she sits back and watches him get on with it! I think it helps that his dad encourages him too, and sits down with mum to do jigsaws as well. It really does help when kids see parents doing something themselves, doesn't it! My brother is more the active type too, and nephew adores the same bikes and racing cars etc that he does, and loves to be out running - but he likes his jigsaws too... *g*

The best bit about rainy days is that it gives me an excuse to sit in front of the computer and not feel guilty, when there is so much I need to do outside.

So, it's the old sort-a-single-file-of-papers trick, is it? *g*

Yes!

And, um... yes... *g* But I did some more today, and now I think I'm really down to one big pile of stuff-I've-been-meaning-to-sort-out, and one big pile of Job-2-stuff. Oh, and my family tree files. But otherwise, I think everything now just goes in its designated bags, if it isn't already... oh! Top of the warddrobe! There's also top of the wardrobe... *g*
