It was atmospheric in the rain, I have to be honest! And I do like a good rain now and then, with a blustery wind and all! Although it would have been cooler if I hadn't left my rain slicker at home...! But actually it didn't rain whilst I was at Stonehenge, so... *g*

You're definitely right about the west thing - moving to the other side of the country sounds fab! Now I've just got to organise it, complete with job to pay for it... but one of these days....

I love the ravens at Stonehenge, they're very cool! There were tourists as well, sadly, but I at least got in ahead of the two big tour buses that pulled up at the same time! One of these days I'm going to do another dawn visit... *g*
