So- I called AT&T a while ago to pay my bill. First got the automated service but wanted to talk to a customer service rep to pay it

Companies here are just the same, so impersonal and the only time they care you actually exist is when they're trying to sell you something new.

"I've got some great news for you, we've just decided to offer ..."
