Reply from Neil Kelly after second try

After one business day, yesterday, I had not received a reply from Neil Kelly about scheduling a city permit inspection of the drainage system. As a result, I sent the same email with some modifications and a high priority this morning. This time I got a reply. I should expect an update then by Thursday
