Meanwhile, don't blame me, blame fandom that I instantly thought of Prince of Tennis on seeing "PoT bill"!
Jeremy Paxman as Lord Chancellor, point-scoring on obscure details of legislation, and the party with the highest score at the end of the half-hour got to pass a law. I have never seen the show in question but please permit me to tell you that I cracked myself up too loudly.
You never had to live under suspicion or restriction, did you? Register your wand, have owls monitored GAH, HOW I LOVE THESE TANTALISING BITS OF BACKSTORY!
