Least Favorite Icons ##6 - the crop is a little off with her being only a wee bit to the left, it chops off her hair: would be improved centralized. The image quality also appears poor/grainy, it kinda looks sharpened then smoothed?
Favorite Icon ##1 - well placed text & use of space.
This is so difficult and I've been rotating between which icon to vote off. It's so hard to decide what's personal taste and what's wrong (and wondering if I'm being too nitpicky)... and to put it into objective words. (I hope I managed that)
Least Favorite Icons #5 - The crop itself is nice enough, but the icon could have used something to help with the focus on the group - maybe making the surrounding area darker/the group lighter.
