05 - Overall, the icon is too dark and could use some sharpening. There is a lack of focus on the subject.
11 - The icon could use some more contrast.

01 - Beautiful contrast, especially the dark shadows. The focus is absolutely perfect.

Least Favorite Icons10 - The "image within the same image" trend doesn't really work as well with landscape. The shoreline lines up with the outside image perfectly which forces everything else in the small image to look jumbled or out of place. I'm not sure how to go about fixing it, I've never seen an unintentional optical illusion before but I really think that's what this icon does. The connecting shorelines really throw the rest of the icon off. Maybe blurring the outside image would have helped ( ... )

05 - The icon looks a bit low contrasted and dark, you confuse him with the brackground. It's also blurry. Sharpening once and upping the contrast a bit would make it a great icon.
10 - The composition is very interesting and I do like the icon in general, but the low contrast + the BW make a bit difficult to know what's going on. There's bad image quality or something didn't go well with the sharpness on the top image, around the mountain tops/clouds. And the sea (is it sea?) looks a bit distorted.

11 - Nice how it's clear and light and bright (kind of reflects/blends with, idk) the sunshine, but still contrasted enought you can see details. I have one itty bitty problem with it, and it's the oversharpening in some places (chair legs, contours) but blurriness on others (chair between them, dresses)

#5 - the image needs brightening in some areas...particularly around the face. as is, almost no facial detail is visible.
#8 - the branch lacks sufficient contrast and the overall composition is not particularly attention-getting.

#10 - wonderful use of a darker/more contrasted inset to set the image off.
