The normal answers to this question go with what I was saying before. Most people will say they love being with their friends and family and showing the people they love how much they care. YOU DON'T NEED A SPECIFIC TIME OF YEAR TO DO THIS!
Personally, I don't really have a favorite thing. I mean, I like the holidays, but I hate cold weather. Cold

sometimes the holidays are the only time of year that families can get together. i dont see my family until everyone else goes on christmas vacation or gets time off the for the holidays. i mean, i dotn want to sound rude but its true.

Maybe the whole family, yes I agree. My family is the same way. However, it's still a "cookie-cutter" answer, as someone else called it. It's over rated and over done and people use that answer so that they don't have to actually think about and/or say anything else. It's an easy answer that no one can disagree with. I'm positive that there are other things that can be said as an answer, but most people use it cause its easy. And you can't argue with that.
