Vienna trip, part 2

Feb 26, 2007 12:30

Firm resolutions about writing a proper travelogue have fled in the face of work and a crippling headache that kept me in bed for most of Saturday and Sunday. I'm hoping a slew of pictures and captions will do instead :) In this part, the first days in Vienna and the Opera House.

No making fun of my crooked photos, plzkthx )

The photographs look wonderful. At least you have a digital camera; mine is film. I like it, but at least you have the option of taking as many photos as you want and deleting the non-good ones. The buildings in Vienna look lovely! And I will be going to a Spanish theatre on Sunday, which I´m excited about, it´s just not for one of many musicals that I´m addicted to. I can´t wait to see the other photos.

On the other hand, I ended up taking 900+ photos all in all :) But the one great thing about digital is that I don't have to change film for nighttime/low-light photos, just adjust the ISO sensitivity setting. Works wonders in low-lit churches.

Hey, upcoming are the best ones - churches and graveyards, of course :)

And good luck with finding all your books!
