Hamish asked me to see him briefly after class today. I wasn't sure if I was in trouble or not. Lo and behold, after class he talks to me about my mark. He said "I know you were concerned about your mark. What do you think you're getting?" I said "I don't know.. high 70s? Low 80s?" He got out his mark book and showed me my midterm mark: 87. O___O

Oh, he's my English/Writer's Craft teacher. His first name is so funny that everyone calls him by that when he's not around. He's infamous at my school. They call him Hamish "The Hammer" Guthrie. XD
