Holy crap, it's my 100th Live Journal Post... Actually I think I'm not really on LJ that much, so it's that much more of an acheivement I guess? Either way, it's perfect timing as I've just completed my top of 2006 list ( Read more... )

well, I've made my comment on them already... have you heard their first album? I thought it was alot better because it was fresh and everything... I didn't hate yes virginia... I just didn't like it too much, it's hard for me to pin down exactly why, but I think it might have something to do with it being a "sophomore".

the d’urbervilles are amazing. i saw them at the beginning of the year. great great set.

I'm so glad somebody understands outside of Guelph! They are a very fun group! Did you know that they wear the same clothes everyday at Guelph as they do on stage? That may not be a 'fun' fact, but it's mascotty.

I think they're the last good progressive-rock band on the planet, or at least the last I can think of right now; this sound is hard to find I think in such a quality. I don't care if people think this is pretentious, this is an awesome group.
