The plan was stitching (I'm "re-imagining" the chart I'm working on, knocking out the fully-stitched backround and altering some other bits so that it actually works as a picture and doesn't descend into green blobbiness -- I feel rather guilty suspecting that the designer didn't make/ have made a physical model; it's uncharitable to say the least ( Read more... )

Bucky Haight and Ripper. have I told you lately that I adore you? See, no one else on my flist would ever think of that. At least not before half a dozen margaritas. *TACKLEGLOMP*

Hee! Appropriate icon! It just came to me. How else would Bucky have a cursed glittery jacket for Billy to wear in the acid ritual scene? (I seem a little pre-occupied with the acid sequence, 15 hinges on it too). Mine's an Archer's and Lemonade, thanks. ;-) I don't really drink at all, so - uh - it's that or Pimms. Brane is being evil again, but currently on the wooshy post-triptan stage before I crash out and vegetate in the lounge. Also, saw documentary on the South Pacific yesterday and your wildlife really rocks! Monkey-tailed skinks forever!

*g* Yeah, we do have some awesome wildlife. Have you seen baby kiwis? SO CUTE! Such mad, helpless little birds.

Was there Australian wildlife on it too? Cos they have some crazy shit over there. Can you imagine what the early European explorers felt like the first time they saw a kangaroo??

I don't drink much these days either. It gives me insomnia. :-P But when I do, it's a gin & tonic with ridiculous amounts of lemon, or a savignon blanc, or a silly cocktail with lots of lemon/lime in it. Have you ever had a Moscow mule? OM NOM NOM.

CURSED GLITTERY JACKET. \o/ I can't wait to see where this bunny ends up.

Guinea fowl are pretty crazy too - like walking easter eggs, but a little less helpless (in Turkey they chased the cats before finding a convenient treee). This trip we had sheeps.

Now I have Daffy duck and the boxing kangaroo in my head. Not that I mind much.

Given that coke has me swinging from the rafters, I tend to be cautious when it comes to drinks. Gin and proper lemonade (lemon coloured, not see-through) goes down quite nicely too.

I know. CURSED GLITTERY JACKET You just want to shout it from the rooftops. Hopefully, my writing mojo will turn up and turn it into something shiny. I want to call it Glitterpunk. Because. :-)
