Reaper is a fun little show. Amd I agree about the Socks love. I find him the most interesting character.

Ashes to Ashes, I got bored halfway through. Didn't help I began to nitpick the 80's things. ..It is more a comedy than a drama.

Socks is just awesome in his transparency and his inability to angst about anything, period. Also, his inability to lie convincingly.

Well, most of my eighties memories revolve around adverts (my parents used to tape the things for me) and children's television.

Ah Children's TV was good in the 80s. Rainbow! Soooty! Ah memories. And I must have watched pretty much every cartoon produced from 1983...

Of course I was also an avid fangirl of David Attenborough, even as a toddler.

And ceefax! There weren't programmes all the time there was ceefax (I know becuase my younger brother loved to tape it). And prgrammes finished at midnight and there would be a clip of some guards in red coats playing trumpets.

Those were the days.
